| Duties: | Getting children ready for school in the morning and driving them to school for 8.15am, Come home to make the beds and do general housework, washing etc. Making sure everything to do with the children is taken care of, from hemming school trousers to organising play dates. General housework keeping house clean and tidy. Hoovering, dusting, tidying up, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms, changing bedding, doing laundry and ironing. Picking the children up from school at 4 and 5pm, taking them to after school activities/park/home, homework and fed ready for bed at 8.00 pm max. |

| Any other relevant information which you feel is important: | My husband lives in Italy and I work full time. We would like to have someone that is going be become one of the family. The children have gotten very attached to prior nannies and they still all come back to visit us on a regular basis. We like the nanny/mothers help/housekeeper to interact with us as a family all the time. We don't really want someone that is going to be closed in their room when the children are at school or in bed. Cleanliness and tidiness is a big deal. We like someone that will use their initiative also and not have to be told everything that has to be done. Working hours are about 8 hours a day, but manageable as you see fit. If well organised im sure most things can be done in a lesser time and just as you go along. Flexibility i think is a must as a live in. The car is available for personal use at the weekends. |
Job Description
| Cobham, Surrey, Near London. Temporary Mother's Help/Nanny/Housekeeper needed for 2 children, Lorenzo aged 11 & Mattia aged 9. Religion: R/C. The family are Italian/English. Dad is Italian and is a restaurateur, mum is English and is a broker. Dad works in Italy. The family speak English and Italian. The children need to be taken to school at 8.15 am (some mornings at 7.00 am) and get picked up at 4.00 pm or 5.00 pm, again depending on school activities. The family supply an automatic car that is for full use of the Mother's Help. It takes between 5 and 15 minutes to get the children to school, obviously dependent on traffic. The family live in a detached house with a garden in Cobham. They have parks all around and Oxshott train station is a 10 minute walk or a 3-4 minute drive. The closest biggest towns are Kingston, Epsom, Leatherhead and Guilford. Requirements: Ability to Cook/Swimmer/Driver/Experience/Non-Smoker/Willing to do Housework. Use of car given. 2 month placement. Accommodation: own private bedroom with en-suite bathroom, TV and wifi. Total daily hrs: 7/8. Duties: Getting children up for school in the morning, preparing breakfast and taking them to school. Picking them up and taking them to after school activities/home. Help with homework, feeding the children, and lights out at 8.30 pm max. General housework, keeping house clean and tidy. Hoovering, dusting, tidying up, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms, changing bedding, doing laundry and ironing.The focus is only mainly housework with some child care. Time off: half day Saturday and all day Sunday and 2 evenings off. 2-3 evenings babysitting needed per week. Salary: £ 250.00-£400.00 per week based on experience. Family's interests: They are a sociable family, enjoying inviting people over. The family are sporty and the children mainly enjoy football, rugby, cricket and waterpolo. They go skiing and travel to Italy often for their half term breaks and holidays. . They go to different places on holiday. The family live in a nice location with good transport links and central London can be easily reached. The family is well know to us. They have had 4 previous candidates from us, 2 from Australia and one from New Zealand and one from Croatia. All the candidates were very happy there. Full use of car is given. This saves a considerable amount of money in transport and train costs if you want visit other areas. |
