Job Description
| Rome, Italy. Au-pair needed for Federico, a single professional without any children for English conversation. Position is in central Rome in the Flaminio area. A few minutes from the underground (Flaminio, Piazza del Popolo). Other help kept: a housekeeper for all the housework. Requirements: Excellent English even if not Mother Tongue English. Use of car and internet given. 6 months placement. Accommodation: Large living room with double bed. Total daily hrs: 5. Time off: 2 days including the evenings and another 3 evenings a week. You are asked to be available for 2 evenings a week. Salary: € 150.00 p/w, net, negotiable (around £137.00 p/w, at the current rate of exchange). Duties: Speak in English to Federico so he can learn English and correct his English when he makes mistakes. Federico has varied interests and goes on holiday to different places. You would be practically free all the time apart from the moments when Federico does not work so in the evenings and at weekends. However he will give the outmost flexibility to do what you want and out also at weekends. This is an ideal position for a candidate who wants to pursue other interests in Rome, for example study Italian or give private English lessons as there is a lot of free time. Rome is the capital of Italy and needs no introduction. There is a wide array of things to see and do and a large international community. It is a fascinating, vibrant city with a rich history. There are also lots of things to visit in the surrounding areas such as the beach, Pompeii, the Amalfi coast, Capri and Sorrento. |
