Job Description

Pitesti, Romania. Help needed for two children, a boy aged 12 & a girl aged 10. Mum does not work. Dad is a businessman. The family speak English and of course Romanian. During the summer the children will be on holiday and will be at home all day. Starting from September they will go to school from 8.00 am to 12 noon. The school is 10 minutes on foot from the family's home. Duties: When the children are at home they need to have a play buddy who speaks a foreign language to them so they can learn in a shorter period of time. Teach the children a foreign language through games, (playing inside and outside, singing, crafts, colouring, phonics, teaching them how to write and read ), giving the children their meals, keeping them safe and sometimes when the parents are out spending the evenings with them. When you are alone with the children you need to prepare their breakfast, give them their meals during the day and help them with their personal hygiene. However the main duty is to teach the children a foreign language. The family live in Pitesti which is a city 100kms from the capital Bucharest. It is well connected by motorway. Other help kept: a housekeeper for 40 hours per week for all the housework. Requirements: Non-Smoker/Spanish/German or Russian Mother Tongue. Use of internet given. Contract length 12 months.
