Duties:	Candidate's duties: in the morning help get the children ready for school and help prepare breakfast and do some tidying up and prepare lunch. In the afternoon the candidate will need to look after the children, play with them, try and get them to learn English and take them to various afternoon activities. During the summer the candidate will also need to go with the children to a sport club with swimming pool (that the candidate will also be able to use during her free time) The club has tennis courts, beach volley, outdoor pool and small gym.

Bianca stars nursery by 9.00 am with the possibility to leave after lunch between 12.30 pm and 1.00 pm or (after an afternoon nap) in the afternoon between 3.30 and 4.00 pm. The nursery is located 2000 meters from our home. Usually us parents will take the children to school and nursery whilst the candidate will need to go and pick Bianca up by foot and/or bike (even though, certainly on some days she will need to also go and pick Emma up based on our work commitments). The hours, always respecting the number of hours, could be flexible based on the work commitments of our family. On the other hand we are willing to be flexible if the candidate needs to change the hours, for certain days. We are looking for a candidate who is cheerful, active and who will know how to get the children involved, stimulate them to learn English.

Job Description

Carpi, Near Modena, North Italy. Short term Mother's Help for family with two children, Emma aged 7 & Bianca aged 5. Emma starts school at 8.00 am and finishes at 1.00 pm. The school is 1500 meters from the family's home. Bianca starts nursery by 9.00 am and either finishes between 12.30 pm and 1.00 pm after lunch or she has an afternoon nap at nursery and finished between 3.30 and 4.00 pm. The nursery is 2000 meters from the family's home. Usually mum and dad take the children to school and you will be asked to go and pick Bianca up. The school can be reached by foot and/or bike. Sometimes, if the parents have work commitments you may also be asked to go and pick up Emma. Both parents are lawyers. Religion: R/C. Carpi is a peaceful small town of 70000 inhabitants. Approx hrs of work:7.15 am to 7.45 am. During this time help prepare the children for school and help prepare breakfast. 11.30 am to 2.00 pm. During this time do some tidying up and prepare lunch. 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm. During this time look after the children. Total daily hrs: 6. Duties: in the morning help get the children ready for school and help prepare breakfast, do some tidying up, prepare lunch. In the afternoon look after the children, play with them, try and get them to learn English and take them to various afternoon activities. During the summer go with the children to country club with swimming pool. You will have use of this club also during your free time and the club has tennis courts, beach volley, and outdoor pool and small gym. Time off: Weekends including the evenings and another 3 evenings off per week. You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 2 evenings a week. They don't have any animals at the moment but might be getting a dog in the future. The hours of work may be flexible based on the family's work commitments but will always be maximum 10 hours per day. The family is also flexible if you need to change your working hours on some days. A candidate who has a cheerful personality and is active and will know how to engage the children and stimulate them with learning English would be ideal. This is a nice area of Italy famous for its excellent food and not far from the home of Ferrari. The lovely Adriatic coast is also not far. There are other Mother's Helps working in the area.
