Once we receive your application you will be given a Ref N° that you must quote on all correspondence with us. |

Once we receive your application you will be sent confirmation within 24 hrs and an invoice for your accommodation and agency fees. This must be settled in full by the date specified on the invoice, before departure. Invoices can be settled on-line, by fax, e-mail or post. |

Once we have received settlement of our invoice we will send you confirmation and you will be able to book your flight. |
