F079/11. Madrid, Spain. Summer position. Au-pair needed for 3 children, Abel aged 9 1/2, and twins Aldara and Ainara who are 6 1/2. Dad is an aeronautical engineer, mum is an economist. The family speak English and of course Spanish. Other help kept: a housekeeper for 40 hours per week for all the housework. Requirements: Swimmer/Non-Smoker/Experience/English Mother Tongue. Use of internet is given. To start 1st July 2011 for 2 months. Approx hrs of work: 9.00am-11.00am. 4.00pm-8.00pm. Total daily hrs: 6. Time off: 2 days and all evenings off per week. Salary: £ 100.00 p/w, negotiable. The family will be spending July and August in their lovely summer house by the beach. The house is located on the beach with beautiful views in the resort of La Manga del Mar Menor and is near Murcia. La Manga is a top holiday destination on the Mediterranean coast. It has access to public transport. The nearest airports are Murcia and Alicante. Accommodation: share a bedroom and bathroom with a 23 year old girl who helps the family with the housework. Duties: The children attend the British school in Madrid and they don't want their English to get rusty. The parents objective is to create an "English" environment forcing all of the family to speak in English. They are looking for someone who wants to enjoy living with a family by the sea, who loves playing with children and who will enjoy helping them with their holiday homework (reading, writing etc), who will go with them on the beach and do all the summer sport activities they ma do. They would like to have someone who will feel like a "big sister" for the children. Family's interests: Sport, sailing, waterskiing, golf. The family will be spending the summer in La Manga on the Mar Menor coast near Murcia. This is a lovely summer position in a fantastic location.
