F063/11. Rome, Italy. Au-pair needed to help look after two children, Joshua aged 7 & Ethan aged 5. Religion: R/C/Jewish. Dad works for marketing for Ferragamo, mum is a consultant for Ducasse. The family speak Afrikaans and of course Italian. Other help kept: a housekeeper for all the housework. Requirements: Non-Smoker or willing to smoke only outside/Excellent English even if not mother tongue Use of car and internet given. To start 1st August 2011 for 6 or 12 months. Approx hrs of work: 7.30am-8.30am. 4.30pm-8.30pm. Total daily hrs: 6. Time off: weekends including evenings and all other evenings. Salary: € 200.00 p/w, negotiable (around £ 180.00 p/w, at the current rate of exchange). Joshua starts school at 8.30am and finishes at 4.30pm. Ethan starts school at 8.30am and finishes at 12noon twice a week. The other days he finishes school at 4.30pm. The school is located 200 meters from the family's home, 5 minutes on foot. Usually the parents take the  children to school but you may be asked to take them to school once in a while. In the afternoons both children have sport activities in the same sport centre. The family are moving to central Florence on the 1st July 2011. The house is on 2 levels and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Accommodation: own private fully equipped bedroom with private bathroom. Duties: Play and speak English to the children, take them to sport activities if mum is busy at work. She is generally very present in their day to day lives. Family's interests: travel. The family go on holiday to the seaside. Florence is the art capital of Italy and is a very popular tourist destination. There are loads of thing to see and do. There is a large international community. There are other girls working in the area.
