SUMMARY
F023/12. Rome, Italy. Mother's Help needed for 2 children, Alice
aged 9 & Filippo aged 6. Dad has his own business, mum does not work.
Other help: a housekeeper for 30 hours per week for the heavy housework.
Requirements: Ability to Cook/Swimmer/Non-Smoker/Experience/Excellent
English even if not mother tongue/Willing to do Housework. Use of car
and internet given. To start 1st June 2012 for 6 or 12 months. Approx
hrs of work: 7.00am to 9.00am. 4.00pm-9.00pm. Total daily hrs: 7. Time
off: 1 1/2 days including the evenings and another 2 evenings per week.
You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 3 evenings a week if the
parents go out. Salary: € 200.00 p/w, negotiable (around £ 167.00 p/w,
at the current rate of exchange). The children go to school from 9.00am
to 3.30pm. You may sometimes be asked to go and pick up one of the
children from school or pick them up from after school activities. The
family live in Rome, in the Parioli area which is in the north of the
city. Public transport is by the family's home. Accommodation: Own
private bedroom with air-conditioning with ensuite bathroom. Duties:
help with looking after the children, prepare simple meals for the
children, tidy up the kitchen after supper, prepare the children's
breakfast, play with the children, help them with their homework (they
go to a British school). Family's interests: Sport, holidays, cinema,
theatre. The family go on holiday to the mountains in Italy or Austria
and the seaside in Tuscany. They have a Maltese male puppy who is
6 weeks old called Speedy. Rome is the capital of Italy. There are lots
of things to see and do. There is a large international community and it
is near the sea. There are other candidates working in the area.
