REFUND POLICY FOR HOST FAMILIES

The one year registration fee is refundable within 7 working days of payment in line with the distance selling directive. This must be requested in writing and membership will be cancelled and the registration fee refunded. The registration fee is not refundable after 7 working days of payment or if the host family has already received candidate offers.

The placement fee will be refunded in full if a candidate cancels her placement with a host family or leaves the host family within the first 7 days. After 7 days no refunds will be given. A substitute candidate will be provided free of charge if the candidate leaves the host family with 6 weeks of arrival.
